This curated collection allows us to share the best of Tucson with visitors from around the world, blending our passion for real estate with our commitment to hospitality and community.
Our founder, Maribel Valdes, was born and raised in Cali, Colombia, where she studied Business Administration and earned a master’s degree in Finance. Her early career in private banking gave her deep insight into international business. Since moving to Miami, Florida, in 2001, Maribel has combined her background in finance and real estate to help Central and South American clients — including those from Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, and Mexico — as well as European buyers and investors.
As the owner of Flex Mortgage Group, LLC (2004–2010), she gained invaluable experience connecting real estate with mortgage lending. Today, Maribel remains dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions, understanding global markets, and navigating cultural nuances to serve international and multi-state buyers, sellers, and investors.
